Randolf Roth
Dr. Randolf Roth is an exchange executive who is a member of the executive board of Eurex Frankfurt AG and is responsible for the market design department. His responsibilities include oversight of the evolution of Eurex’s market model, regulatory and functional design as well as the development of the rules and regulations of Eurex.[1][2][3][4] He is also a member of the executive board Eurex Zürich AG. BackgroundRoth has been with Deutsche Boerse Group, Eurex's parent company, since 1999. He worked for Eurex in London and Chicago in the product development department and headed the Eurex strategy section from 2007 to 2010; he led the market structure team from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 until the start of 2016, Roth was CEO of Zimory GmbH and Deutsche Boerse Cloud Exchange AG, both of which are subsidiaries of Deutsche Boerse Group. He has been responsible for the derivatives market design department since March 2016.[5][6] EducationHe holds a PhD in Financial Engineering and a degree in economics from Dresden University of Technology.
