Raymond Kahn is a New York based bank executive who joined the Intercontinental Exchange on Jan. 3, 2017 to focus on ICE’s interest rates business.
Before joining ICE, Kahn had his own firm, Archon Capital Advisors, which focused on the use of blockchain technology in the post-trade and settlement space.
Earlier he was a managing director at Barclays, where he was in charge of the development of Barclay’s OTC clearing platform from inception and managed the firm’s FCM. He was also an active participant on global industry groups including FIA’s Executive and Tech committees. He joined Barclay’s as part of its acquisition of Lehman Brothers in 2008. 
Kahn previously worked for Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2008.
Kahn has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
