Location London

Remco Lenterman is head of global business development at Citadel Securities. He joined Citadel in that role in September 2016. The hire came as Citadel was looking to expand in Europe during a regulatory overhaul of the financial markets.

In September of 2016 he also rejoined the FIA European Principal Traders Association as chairman, replacing Mark Spanbroek, who became vice chairman of the association.[1]

Background

Lenterman previously spent five years as managing director of the automated trading firm IMC Financial Markets in Amsterdam, where he focused on global corporate development before leaving in August 2015 to move to London with his family. During his absence from FIA EPTA’s executive committee, he continued to contribute to the work of the association.

Before that he was a managing director at Goldman Sachs Group Inc.[2]
