Richard Gorelick
Richard Gorelick is head of market structure for the Chicago-based trading firm DRW. He joined the company following the acquisition by DRW of RGM Advisors, LLC in September 2017. He was previously a co-founder and CEO of RGM Advisors, and has a legal and business background.[1][2][3][4][5] He also serves as a associate member director of the Futures Industry Association.[6] Gorelick is a member of the CFTC's Technology Advisory Committee.[7] BackgroundBefore taking his position at RGM, Gorelick was a chief strategy officer with Deja.com, Inc. He first began working with the company as a general counsel.[8] Before Deja.com, Gorelick was a corporate attorney in for Coudert Brothers in New York.[9] Gorelick founded RGM with Robbie Robinette and Mark Melton in 2001. Robinette was a software designer at Deja.com. Melton was a cycling friend of Robinette's. Together, their initials form the acronym for RGM.
