The U.K. Financial Conduct Authority will make temporary Europe-wide restrictions on contract for difference (CFD) companies permanent, the Financial Times reported. The rules, which apply to firms acting in or from the UK, would ban the sale and marketing of binary options  to retail customers and restrict the sale and marketing of CFDs to retail customers.  View page
