Tim McCourt is a Chicago-based exchange executive who serves as a managing director at CME Group as global head of equity products. He was promoted to his current position in March of 2016.
He serves on the S&P Dow Jones Indices U.S. Advisory Panel.
Before he joined the CME Group, McCourt was a director of a delta one trading group at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
He has held a number of trading position with JP Morgan, including as vice president of U.S. equity swaps trading, associate, equity derivatives group – Emerging Markets as a trader assistant.
McCourt holds a bachelor of arts degree from Boston College in political science and economics. He also holds a masters of business administration from The Wharton School.
