Torben Munch is the chairman of the board of Conscia A/S. He is also the chairman of the board of Adform and Vizrt.[1]

Formerly, he was the chief executive officer of Itiviti, a Stockholm-based software firm established in 2016 to combine two subsidiaries, Orc Group and CameronTec.[2]. He was appointed Orc Group CEO in June 2012, and became Itiviti CEO upon the creation of the combined entity. He left the company in December of 2018.[3][4][5]

Background

Munch joined Orc after an extensive career at SimCorp, a global software provider to the international investment management industry, where he has held various positions since joining the firm in 1996.[6] He began his career at SimCorp as manager of the firm's activities in Germany and then served as member of the executive management board, executive vice president and chief operating officer since 2001.[7]

Munch formerly worked for Unibank (Nordea) and served as a member of the board of directors of Equipos Ltd., TIA Holding III, and Traen.

Education

He holds a master of science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
