David Mortimer is managing director at SenaHill Partners, LP, a financial technology merchant bank.
He is also a venture partner in Princeton Ventures Management, LLC.
Before that, he was head of algorithmic and portfolio trading at Piper Jaffray, where he was responsible for all product concept, design and development including Fusion, Piper's first-to-market ATS aggregation technology.
Mortimer was also president of Vie Financial, an algorithmic trading business which marked among the top algorithm providers in the Tabb Group's 2005 Equity Trading in America report. Vie was acquired by Piper Jaffray in 2005.
Mortimer is a graduate of Drexel University's College of Business and Administration.
