Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto is managing director of operations at the crypto exchange Gemini. She took the post in October 2018.

Background

Prior to joining Gemini, she served as chief operating officer at the International Securities Exchange and oversaw the entire ISE business during the migration to Nasdaq’s INET technology after the sale of ISE to Nasdaq.

Before Nasdaq's acquisition of ISE, Hightower-Sellitto was ISE's director of business development. She had been with ISE since early 2004 and managed the exchange's front-end trading software, PrecISE Trade. [1]

Before joining ISE, Hightower-Sellitto was the U.S. client services manager for Perfect Information, Ltd. and a financial analyst for Wachovia Securities.

Education

She earned a bachelor of arts in economics & biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[2]
