Knight Link is a dark, electronic access point into Knight Capital Group’s off-exchange liquidity.

Knight offers order execution in more than 7,300 listed and NASDAQ securities, and Knight Link offers clients liquidity in a wide breadth of stocks with a focus on difficult-to-trade names; more than 50 percent of executed volume on Knight Link is made up of micro-cap and small-cap securities.[1]

Knight introduced Knight Link to a handful of institutions with European operations in January 2009, and Knight Capital Europe Limited commenced business as a retail service provider in the U.K. in June 2009.

Knight Link is authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Service Authority as a Systematic Internalizer, in accordance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. Knight Link helps clients to achieve MiFID-mandated best execution requirements through a combination of high-quality stock execution and low transaction costs.[2]
