Scott E.D. Skyrm is the global head of money markets and repo for Newedge.
Background
Skyrm was once a government bond trader in New York with B.O.T. Securities, a subsidiary of the Bank of Tokyo. His father is a senior vice president and the manager of the municipal bond department of Paine Webber in New York.[1]
Skyrm has submitted a patent application for system and method for conducting repo and reverse-repo securities transactions at market average rate.[2]
