Scott Fitzpatrick (Tradition)
Scott Fitzpatrick is Tradition SEF, the swap execution facility owned by Compagnie Financière Tradition, an interdealer broker in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products.  Since joining Tradition in 2012, he has also served as executive director of strategy and business development for Tradition.
Fitzpatrick also sits on the board of directors of the Wholesale Markets Brokers' Association Americas Inc. (WMBAA), an advocacy group formed in 2009 to "promote the quality and standards of the industry and a better understanding of the critical role played by wholesale brokers in the efficient functioning of financial markets." In 2013 he served as its vice chairman.
Fitzpatrick joined Tradition in 2012 after spending ten years at rival interdealer broker GFI Group, where he served in a variety of roles including client relations director for regulatory reform and global head of GFI's FENICS and market data businesses. He began his career at GFI as head of sales for the U.S. FENICS and market data businesses. Before joining GFI, he held a similar position at ProIV, a data development framework.
Fitzpatrick graduated from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1990, with a degree in business and computer studies.
