Scott Fitzpatrick is chief operating officer of NYFIX for ULLINK, a provider of connectivity, trading software and data services for financial market participants. . He was named to the position in September 2014 upon the completion of the completion of Intercontinental Exchange's sale of NYFIX, which was part of NYSE Technologies, to ULLINK.
Fitzpatrick joined NYFIX in 2007 and worked as business manager for the NYFIX Marketplace until 2009, when NYFIX was acquired by NYSE Euronext. In June 2014, ICE, which completed its acquisition of NYSE Euronext in November 2013, announced the sale of signed an agreement with ULLINK to sell NYFIX and Metabit, both units of NYSE Technologies, to ULLINK. Fitzpatrick agreed to join ULLINK as COO.
Before joining NYFIX, he spent 11 years at Thomson Financial, working his way up to vice president of Thomson Order Routing.
Fitzpatrick earned a B.S. in Business Administration in 1997 from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Ellis College of New York Institute of Technology in 2004.
