Terence T. Healey is a partner with law firm McDermott Will & Emery. He focuses his practice on regulatory proceedings, governmental affairs and agency litigation. He's represented numerous corporations and individuals in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) enforcement investigations and proceedings.
Healey is a member of the Energy Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

He also has experience counseling clients on regional transmission tariffs, power purchases and sale agreements, interregional coordination, congestion management and the design and operation of wholesale markets for energy, capacity and ancillary services.
In addition, he has represented numerous clients before the FERC. Terence has also advised a variety of financial institutions, hedge funds and lenders on the restructuring and acquisition of debt and equity in multiple distressed generation companies throughout the United States.
