The late William Francis Tuetung was a lawyer, Chicago exchange executive, adjunct professor and naval officer. He was a lawyer for over 50 years, including serving as the general counsel of the Chicago Board of Trade. He was a partner with Chapman and Cutler LLP at the time of his death.
Tuetung served as a naval officer during the Korean War.
For over 50 years Tuetung practiced law focusing on securities, derivatives and commodities. He represented securities and commodity brokers, investment advisers, hedge funds and banks.
Tuetung attended Columbia University for and undergraduate degree and also received a law degree from the school
