A. Gary Flagler is the head of international business development, derivatives consulting for Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. He joined the company in that role in August of 2017.

He was previously executive director of futures and options and over-the-counter (OTC) clearing, sales and marketing at J.P. Morgan.[1] Flagler is based in Chicago.[2]
