Allen Goodman is president of Fund Dynamics, LLC, an Illinois-based provider of accounting and administration services for commodity trading advisors and fund managers. He acquired the firm in 2014 from The Price Futures Group, Inc., where he served as chief financial officer.[1] He also served as the CFO of Price Asset Management, Inc.[2] and CFO and head of financial operations for Atrium Securities, Inc., both Price Group affiliates. Background[edit]Goodman's joined the Price Group in 2000 and served as CFO of the firm and its affiliates, which included Fund Dynamics, which was founded in 2007 to serve the firm's in-house clients. Price later opened up Fund Dynamics's services to outside clients as well. In 1995, Goodman founded and managed Exclusively Gourmet, Inc., a specialty food and confections brokerage company. In 1997, he joined BDO Seidman, LLP as a business valuation consultant. In 1999, Goodman joined VIA International and worked as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, he formed Financial Products, Ltd., a business process design firm geared toward small- and medium-sized businesses. Education[edit]Goodman earned a bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1992.
