Andy Yemma
Andy Yemma is a corporate communications and public relations expert who is currently a consultant. He was managing partner of Intermarket Communications, responsible for media services, account management and business development, from January 1998 to December 2013.[1] Background[edit]Before joining Intermarket, Yemma was vice president for media relations at the New York Stock Exchange, working to emphasize the NYSE's increasingly global presence. Also, he was a senior executive at Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he was in charge of corporate communications. Before moving into public relations, Yemma was a journalist for 15 years, as business editor of the Chicago Sun-Times and an editor and reporter at United Press International (UPI). While at UPI, he served as Midwest Division Editor, managing 100 reporters and editors across nine states. Education[edit]Yemma has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and Bachelor in Journalism from the University of Texas (Austin). While at University of Texas, Yemma was editor-in-chief of the Daily Texan. References[edit]
