Ben Craig is president of the NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange. He was previously vice president of Strategy & Futures for NASDAQ OMX U.S. transaction services. He is based in NASDAQ OMX's Philadelphia, PA offices. Craig joined NASDAQ OMX following the acquisition of The Philadelphia Stock Exchange in 2008.[1]

Craig, who worked as a manager with Agora-X, LLC, was formerly first vice president, corporate development for the PHLX, where he was responsible for executing strategic investments/transactions, including the acquisition of the PHLX by NASDAQ OMX. In addition, he led a group that analyzed market structure issues and other developments in the securities industry. He also directed the state and local government relations and corporate affairs efforts for the PHLX.[2][3]
