Bill Ferri
William Ferri is a Miami, Florida-based public relations professional who is the principal of Ferri PR & Promotions. Previously, he was a managing partner at Intermarket Communications. In this role he was part of the leadership team that helped shape the strategic direction of the firm and oversee its growth strategy. He also managed PR and communications activities for key international organizations, including NASDAQ OMX, Newedge, ATS Brasil, Integral, Singapore Exchange and Eagle Asset Management.[1] Background[edit]He was promoted to managing partner at Intermarket from executive vice president on May 7, 2014. Ferri has developed and implemented PR and marketing programs to promote business development in international cities including Sydney, Zurich and Frankfurt.[2] He has placed articles in A-level media such as The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Barron's, Dow Jones, New York Times, CNBC, CNN, WGN, Institutional Investor Magazine, Bloomberg, Financial Times, The Economist, New York Post, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Associated Press, Miami Herald, USA Today and Reuters.[3] Before joining Intermarket, he worked for Penton Publishing as a conference director, and for the Staten Island Advance (an SI Newhouse publication) as a staff reporter.
