Brian Schell
Brian Schell is EVP, CFO & Treasurer at Cboe Global Markets. Bats, his former company, was acquired by CBOE Holdings on February 28, 2017 and became Cboe Global Markets. Background[edit]Brian Schell was chief financial officer of BATS Global Markets. He was appointed to that position on March 10, 2011. He oversees a financial team operating in the U.S. and the U.K.[1] Craig Perrigo, the previous CFO, was assigned the newly-created job of chief accounting officer. Prior to joining BATS, Schell was the CFO for payment system developer Pollen Inc. [2] He also served as an executive at H&R Block, where he oversaw several acquisitions and led its financial planning division. Early in his career, Schell was a financial analyst at JPMorgan in New York. He has also facilitated regulatory-assisted banking transactions for KPMG Peat Marwick and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, both in Washington, D.C. Education[edit]
