Chris Topple
Chris Topple is a London-based exchange executive and former banker who currently serves as the CEO of Euronext London, head of global sales and a member of the managing board of Euronext. He was approved for the post in July 2018.[1][2][3][4] He is also chairman of Euronext FX, chairman of Nordpool, chairman of Commcise and head of FICC & advanced data services.[5] He succeeds Lee Hodgkinson, who stepped down in April 2018, and interim CEO Paul Humphrey.[6] Background[edit]Before joining Euronext London, Topple served as co-head of prime services at Societe Generale, starting in May 2015, and led the prime brokerage and clearing services sales teams globally starting in January 2012.[7] Prior to that, he was at Lehman Brothers/Nomura where he served as co-head of prime brokerage sales. He served a variety of senior roles at JP Morgan from 1993 to 2005, including global head of electronic trading sales across fixed income, European head of fixed income prime brokerage, and head of European clearing sales.
