Cliff Weber is the owner of Financial Products Consulting Group, LLC. Previously, he was executive vice president, head of product development and strategy for NYSE Liffe U.S. He was appointed to the position in November 2008.[1]


Weber worked at the American Stock Exchange (Amex) from 1990 to 2008, most recently as executive vice president of development and strategy.[2]

He played a key role in the development and deployment of the Amex’s ETF business, and has held various positions at the Amex since starting there in 1990.


Weber earned a master of science in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts from Dartmouth College.[3]
