Cognitive Capital is based in Chicago and was founded in 2004 by Art Margulis, the former president of the Hull Group and a former managing director of Goldman Sachs.
Products and Services[edit]
Cognitive Capital uses Orc Software's CameronFIX to support their low latency, high frequency trading strategies. CameronFIX provides connectivity between Cognitive Capital's algorithmic trading systems and various equities markets including Nasdaq and Nyse Arca Equities.[3]
