David Shalders
Background[edit]Previously, Shalders served as group operations and technology director at Willis Group Holdings plc. He joined Willis in November 2013. In January 2014, he joined the board of Tullett Prebon as an independent non-executive director.[2] Shalders joined Willis from Royal Bank of Scotland Group where he served for over a decade in senior operations and IT roles. His most recent role was global chief operating officer for global banking and markets. Prior to that role, Shalders worked with SG Warburg (UBS), JP Morgan and Accenture. Shalders currently serves as a trustee of the Charities Aid Foundation.[3] Education[edit]Shalders received an MA in Geography from Cambridge University in 1988 and an MSc in Computer Science from London School of Economics and Political Science in 1989.
