Diane Mix Birnberg is chairman and partner Horizon Cash Management, a firm she founded in 1991[1] to manage the cash portfolios for managed futures funds, hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors.

Birnberg has been in the fixed income sector for more than 30 years, and since 1991 has presided over the growth of Horizon which, as of 2013, holds over $2 billion in assets under management.
