Earl H. Nemser is the vice chairman of Interactive Brokers Group LLC (IBG). He also serves as director and/or officer for various subsidiaries of IBG.[1]
Nemser has served as special counsel to the law firm Dechert LLP since January 2005. He focuses his practice on securities and commodities law, white collar defense, derivative suits and class actions, contracts, insurance, arbitration, and international disputes.[2]

Prior to his positions at IBG and Dechert LLP served as partner at the law firms of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP from 1995 to December 2004 and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP prior to 1995.

Nemser received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University in 1967 and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 1970.
