Eric W. Noll
Noll began as president of ConvergEx Group on November 26, 2013, and assumed the CEO position at the end of 2013 upon the retirement of ConvergEx CEO Joseph M. Velli. Noll will leave ConvergEx after its deal to be sold to Cowen & Co closes.
In his role as the executive vice president of transaction services, Noll covered Nasdaq OMX's U.S. equity and options markets, as well as its derivatives ventures, including the International Derivatives Clearing Group, a new facility set up to clear interest rate swap trades.
Prior to this, Noll was a managing director and global head of strategic relationships at Susquehanna International Group, a job that included handling the company's relationships with financial exchanges. He also created Susquehanna's investment banking department and developed an institutional research department. Prior to his time at Susquehanna, Noll held positions at the former Philadelphia Stock Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
