G.S. Mumford
Occupation Second President of NYSE (1818-1824)

G.S. Mumford was the second president of the New York Stock & Exchange Board, which in 1863 was renamed the New York Stock Exchange. Mumford served as president of the exchange from 1818 to 1824, following the first NYSE president Anthony Stockholm.[1][2]
