The Greenwood Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing high-achieving Black and Latinx students to careers within the financial industry. The number of participating companies that help to support project has grown from eight firms in 2017 to 300 by 2019.[1]

Key People[edit]

The program was co-founded by Bevon Joseph, a financial professional who has worked at a number of firms including JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Chicago Trading Company, PEAK6 Investments and Achievement Asset Management. Co-founder Elois Joseph worked previously on the trading floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe). [2]
