Guo Shuqing is acting governor of China's Shandong Province. He was appointed to the position on March 29, 2013, after being replace by Xiao Gang as Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). He was appointed as chairman and party secretary of the CSRC in October 2011. [1]

Guo served as chairman and party secretary of the China Construction Bank from March 2005 to October 2011.[2]
