Helene Koutsoudakis
Helene Koutsoudakis is the London-based chief financial officer, operating partner of Adenza, the new financial technology firm formed from the merger of Calypso Technology and AxiomSL. [1] Background[edit]In August 2021, Koutsoudakis came to Adenza from Calypso Technology, where she had served as chief financial officer. From 2019, she was responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of AxiomSL and Calypso’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, driving commercial and operational improvements, and managing relationships with stakeholders.[2] Prior to Calypso Technology, she served as operating partner with HG Capital,[3] the UK-based provider of integrated business management and information systems. She supported their portfolio businesses in the software and broader technology sectors. Previously, she was with Advanced Computer Software Group as group finance director where she played a pivotal role in the sale of the business to Vista Equity Partners in March 2015. Before that, she spent over eight years with COA Solutions (acquired by Advanced Computer Software Group) as group financial controller responsible for leading the integration process of COA solutions into the larger Advanced Computer Software Group. Education[edit]Helene earned a degree in Accounting from the Rand Afrikaans University (now University of Johannesburg) in 2001 and ACCA qualification from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2005.
