High net worth investors

High net worth investors are those with personal net worth of at least $5 million who are currently active in the markets.[1]
These investors are typically taxable (like mutual funds, but unlike institutional investors), but their portfolio accounts are managed separately (unlike mutual funds, but like institutions).[2]
