Jinrui Futures was established in July 1997 as a joint venture between Jiangxi Copper Corporation, the largest copper producer in China, and COFCO Estate Company, and is widely reputed as one of the top ten futures companies in China. In 2006, Junrui Futures set up a Hong Kong subsidiary as one of six Chinese futures companies that were permitted to do so by the CSRC.

Jinrui Futures was established in July 1997 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, as a joint venture between Jiangxi Copper Corporation (90 percent), a state-owned enterprise and the largest copper producer in China, and COFCO Estate Company (10 percent). In ten years since its establishment, Jinrui's annual volume has grown from 4.2 billion contracts to 800 billion contracts.
Products and Services[edit]
Jinrui Futures is widely reputed as one of the top ten futures companies in China, and in 2006, set up a Hong Kong subsidiary as one of six Chinese futures companies that were permitted to do so by the CSRC. Jinrui Futures also obtained an ISO 9001 Financial Services Certification of TUV German in June 2007.
