James (Jamie) E. Parisi is retired derivatives exchange executive who was the chief financial officer and senior managing director, finance and corporate development at CME Group, until his retirement in 2014.[1] Parisi also served as treasurer of the CME Foundation[2]. Background[edit]Parisi joined the CME in 1988 and held several positions on increasing responsibility. He was named CFO of CME in 2004 and, after the merger of CME and the Chicago Board of Trade in July 2007, Parisi was named CFO of the combined company. Other CME roles assumed by Parisi include:
