Jason Lyons is the chief executive officer of Lightspeed Trading LLC, the broker dealer subsidiary of Professional Trading Solutions, Inc.
He was previously chief financial officer at Lightspeed Financial. [1]
Lyons co-founded Lightspeed in 2006 as part of a management buyout from E*TRADE, where he held various leadership roles throughout the organization. During his tenure at E*TRADE, he was involved in clearing operations, correspondent services, mergers and acquisitions and financial planning and analysis. He holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 licenses.[2]
