Before founding JRJ Group, Isaacs was chief operating officer for Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific for Lehman Brothers from 2000 to 2008. Isaacs joined Lehman Brothers in 1996 as co-chief operating Officer of European equities. Subsequently, he was named head of European equities (in 1997), and then later became chief operating officer Europe, and then chief executive officer Europe (in 1999).
Previous to Lehman, Jeremy was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, which he joined in 1989.
He serves seveal philanthropic causes and initiatives, including his own family's charitable trust. He is also a non-executive director of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, a member of the British Olympic Advisory Board, and an honorary fellow of the London Business School.
