Jeromee Johnson is an exchange, research and technology executive who is the managing partner of Jabek Holdings LLC.

He was formerly executive vice president - head of international market development for MIAX Global, LLC. He joined MIAX in September of 2015 and left in September of 2017.[1][2]

Background[edit]

He was previously vice president, head of BATS Options at BATS Global Markets, which he joined in March 2009 as vice president of market development.[3] He has a lead role in the market structure and promotion of BATS Options, the newest U.S. equity options exchange.[4][5][6]

He was previously at 3D Markets (now Pipeline Financial Group), where he was instrumental in designing and launching Archangel, the first dark pool for trading U.S. equity options.[7]

Johnson joined 3D Markets, a software firm in New Hope, Penn. in August of 2007 to start the first block options crossing network. He was president and head of day-to-day operations at 3D Markets.[8]

He was also a senior analyst with the TABB Group from 2006 to 2007.[9][10]

Before coming to TABB Group, he was director of product development and professional services at an agency broker, UNX. He had also been a technical engineer at Javelin Technologies.
