Joe Nackashi serves as the vice chair of ICE Mortgage Technology, a digital mortgage technology platform that stands as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE).[1][2][3]

Nackaski also serves on the the Davis College of Business & Technology executive advisory board.[4]

Background[edit]

Before ICE's acquisition of Black Knight in September 2023, Nackashi held the position of CEO at Black Knight, Inc., a distinguished provider of integrated software, data, and analytics catering to various sectors including mortgage and consumer loans, real estate, and capital markets.[5] Nackashi replaced Anthony Jabbour as Black Knight CEO in 2022.[6][7]

Preceding his role as CEO, Nackashi served as president of Black Knight, Inc., and also led the company's servicing technologies team in the capacity of president. Prior to his tenure at Black Knight, Nackashi occupied several leadership positions at Lender Processing Services (LPS), including executive vice president and chief information officer.

Before joining Lender Processing Services (LPS), Nackashi held the role of senior vice president and chief technology officer at FIS, a prominent global provider specializing in banking and payments technologies. Nackashi has been associated with predecessor companies of both LPS and FIS since 1986.

He has served on the board of advisors for the Center for Supply Chain Management at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration. Nackaski was also elected to the IT Florida Board, which furthers the development of the information technology profession and professionals in Florida.

He serves on the board of directors of STEMHub2.[8] Nackashi serves on the board of directors of JAXChamber, the chamber of commerce for Jacksonville, Florida.[9] In 2021, Nackashi served on the board of Catholic Charities in Jacksonville, FL.[10]

Education[edit]

Nackashi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College and earned a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University. Nackashi's wife, two daughter and son also graduated from Jacksonville University. Additionally, Black Knight was a major employer of Jacksonville University students and alumni, totally nearly 100.[11]
