The company was involved in proprietary trading operations and venture capital investments. Stafford Trading was acquired by TD Options in 2001. He also sits on the board of several companies including Clinical Micro Sensors, Inc., All Optical Networks, Inc. and sat on the board of Xencor for 18 years before resigning in 2016.
