John Schlaefke is the Chief Administration Officer of Advantage Futures. He joined the firm in 2005.[1]

Background[edit]

As CAO of Advantage, John's responsibilities include oversight of accounting, human resources, and administration and sales support.

Previously he was Chief Operating Officer of Harrison Trading, LLC. At Harrison, he oversaw day-to-day management of the company as well as the trading activities, operations, administration, human resources, accounting, and risk departments.

Prior to Harrison, John had over ten years of experience in the futures industry working for proprietary trading firms.[2]

John holds a bachelor of arts degree from Concordia University, Chicago.[3]
