Judy Kula is currently the chief financial officer for Wolverine Holdings, LP and its subsidiary companies. She is responsible for the Financial Management and the Financial and Regulatory Reporting of Wolverine Trading, LLC, Wolverine Execution Services, LLC, Wolverine Asset Management, LLC, Wolverine Trading UK Limited, as well as other subsidiaries of Wolverine Holdings, LP. She has been with Wolverine for 13 years. [1]

She began her career in the audit area of Arthur Andersen & Co in the Regulatory and Financial Division. She then moved over to OCC where she was involved in the development of OCC's risk management. She then moved to become Chief Financial Officer of O'Connor & Associates, later known as: SBC Capital Markets/SBC Warburg Inc. After leaving SBC Warburg she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Chicago Board of Trade Clearing Corporation and E.D. & F Man International Inc.
Ms.Kula has previously been a member of the Business Conduct Committee of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange as well as the International Securities Exchange.

She obtained her Masters Degree from the Kellogg Executive School of Management and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. She is a registered CPA.
