Kimberly Kolb is the chief human resources officer at Sphera. She joined the company in that role in August 2021.

She was previously the head of human resources at XR Trading.[1]

Background[edit]

Earlier, Kolb was managing partner at Sapphire Partners, a privately held executive coaching and consulting firm. Before that, she was head of marketing at the US Futures Exchange (USFE), a job which she left on Feb. 8, 2007. She had joined the Chicago-based organization formerly known as Eurex US in 2006.

Kolb served as director of marketing and business planning for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 2001-2004.

Education[edit]

Kolb graduated in 1988 with a BS in Industrial Psychology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and worked in management consulting from 1988-2001, including time at Andersen Consulting, Whittman-Hart and MarchFirst.[2][3]
