The Kosdaq Market is a stock-trading division of the Korea Exchange.[1]
History[edit]
Following the “KOSDAQ Market Reorganization and Promotion Plan” announced by the government in November of 1997, regulations for the operation of the Korea Securities Dealers Association intermediary market were revised and the Korea Securities Depository was designated as the settlement organization for the KOSDAQ Market.[2]
