In June 2022, Kyle Zasky became chief executive officer of LayerOne Financial, an investment management software company whose flagship platform, "Portfolio One" provides portfolio and order management, risk and analytics, operations, compliance, treasury management and reporting for sophisticated hedge fund clients. [1]

Background[edit]

Before LayerOne, Zasky spent nine plus years as a partner and head of investment banking with SenaHill Partners LP, an investment, operations and advisory services company founded in 2013.[2] In 1995, he cofounded EdgeTrade, an electronic trading firm, which was sold to Knight Capital in 2008.

Zasky serves on several boards of directors, most recently with Tradelegs LLC, a developer of an artificial intelligence financial technology intended to create custom options strategies, and with Untapt, a financial services staffing service.[3] [4]

On Monday, November 14, 2022, he will serve as a judge for the Innovators Pitches Session at the 2022 FIA Futures and Options Expo in Chicago.[5]
