Marc Charon is Managed Funds Association's executive vice president and chief operating officer. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial administration, business development and communications.[1]


Charon came to MFA from SmithBucklin Corporation. Prior to SmithBucklin he was a vice president for Mercator Capital. He also served as vice president and general manager at MAC Coffee Service and Vending Company, and supervisor, GAAP Financial Reporting with Reliance Insurance Group. He began his career as a auditor at Deloitte & Touche.


Charon has a degree from Emory University. He earned an MBA from Villanova University in 1997.[2]
