Raebel was born in Glenview, Illinois and later moved to Wisconsin in 2009 to attend Beloit College. He moved to Chicago in 2017.

He has worked in the fields of healthcare, behavioral health, information technology, government administration, telecommunications, and the fine arts.

Raebel has been writing in a variety of media since he was 16, including journalism, fiction, and marketing. His interests include technology, education, mental health, politics, video games, film, and cryptocurrency.

Raebel is an alumnus member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.
