Maureen C. Downs
Maureen co-founded Connamara Technologies, Inc., where she serves on the board and as the chief financial officer. She is a respected capital markets veteran with broad industry experience in derivative financial instruments and financial technology, including leadership roles at brokerages, trading firms, regulatory bodies, and trade associations. She serves as the chair of the National Futures Association's board of directors and served on the board of directors of the Futures Industry Association.[1][2] She is the former president of Rosenthal Collins Group, an independent futures clearing firm. Education[edit]Downs received a B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Northwestern University's School of Law.
