Meltdown trading was a Chicago-based proprietary trading group focusing mostly on options trading. The firm operated from 1987 to 1989 and was backed by LIT America.
Joe Corona and Bruce Lawrence were the principals and partners operating the firm.[1][2]
John J. Lothian was an off the floor trader with Meltdown in 1989.
