Michael Mayhew
Michael Mayhew is the chief information officer for Trading Technologies. He previously served as director of global TTNET operations, before being promoted in June 2015.[1] Background[edit]Mayhew has more than 15 years experience designing hardware systems for defense, telecommunications and high-frequency trading applications. He specializes in embedded microprocessor subsystems and high-speed digital communications and has experience in designing communication processors, network processors, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and other programmable logic. Before joining Trading Technologies, Mayhew held design positions at ITT Aerospace, Tellabs and a California-based start-up, Turin Networks (now Force10 Networks). [2] At TT, Mayhew initiated a project that ported proprietary messaging software to hardware before taking on the responsibility for Trading Technologies’ global hosting environment. Education[edit]Mayhew holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Valparaiso University and a masters in business administration in strategy and finance from the University of Chicago.
